We have secured hundreds of rooms at nearby hotels. Rooms are available for booking during the registration process. All rooms are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Complimentary shuttle service will be provided from all hotels booked through the registration portal. Shuttles will run throughout the day and during nightly events.

Visitors to Dallas have access to two international airports:

  • Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW)
  • Dallas Love Field Airport (DAL)

Dallas also has many options for getting around via Rideshare apps, and hired or public transportation.

The AT&T Business Summit is an invitation-only event. Registration fees are waived for invited enterprise business clients. If you are invited and are under gift rule restrictions, there will be an option to pay during the registration process. Please note, registration will close once capacity is met.

Can I transfer my invitation to someone else?
Invitations are non-transferrable. Your colleague may request an invite via the AT&T Business Summit Registration link, Request an Invite page.
What is the cancellation or substitution policy?
You may cancel your registration for the 2019 AT&T Business Summit at any time via email. However, please take note of the deadlines stated on your registration confirmation to avoid registration fee/hotel/guest fee penalties. The AT&T Business Summit is invitation only, no substitutions are allowed.    
I haven’t been invited, can I purchase a full conference pass?  
No, this is an invitation-only event.
I’m a member of the press, are media passes available?
Yes, there will be a limited number of complimentary press passes available to accredited journalists for the event. Approved accreditation documents must be submitted to be considered. To apply for a media pass please email the following information to: at289m@att.com.

I have a media pass, will I have access to all areas at the event?
AT&T reserves the right to restrict media from specific sessions on the agenda. Media will be notified in advance which sessions (if any) are included in the restricted list.

What’s included in a full conference pass?
A full conference pass allows access to attend all keynotes, register for breakouts, and attend nightly client appreciation events.
What happens if I lose my conference badge?
If you lose your attendee badge, you will not be able to access any of the conference areas, including keynotes, breakouts and evening events. There is a $500 replacement fee for any attendees requesting a replacement badge.

When will registration close?
Due to increased demand for the AT&T Business Summit, we have established an attendee limit for this year’s event. Since this is an invitation-only event, these spots are available on a first come, first serve basis. Please register early as exceptions will not be made once registration closes.
Is there a registration fee for the conference?
Registration fees for the AT&T Business Summit are waived for enterprise business clients who are nominated by their account team.
What if I’m under gift rule restrictions?
We’ve estimated the value of the conference to be $2,995. If you are under gift rule restrictions, there will be an option to select payment during registration.
What if I’m a government or state official?
We’ve estimated the monetary value for government and state officials to be $1,995. There will be an option to select payment during registration.
What if I am unable to register?

I have been selected as a speaker, how do I register for the event?
Your AT&T Point of Contact for building your session will notify you of registration details as they become available.
I have been selected as a speaker, how do I reserve a hotel room?
You will be able to reserve your room with your requested dates during registration when available.


How can I become a speaker?
We are already working toward building out session content. If you have an idea for a session, or would like to be considered as a speaker, please email the Summit Content team at: summitcontent@att.com

When can I start registering for sessions?
The session builder launch date is September 17, 2019. There will be a limited number of seats per session and once capacity is met, registration for that session will close. There will be a waiting list option on the day/time of the session. Please plan to arrive 10 minutes early to enter the waiting list queue.

Hotel & Travel+

What are the lodging options for attendees and how do I secure a hotel room?
We have room blocks at the Omni Dallas Hotel and nearby hotels that offer you special conference pricing. Rooms at all 2019 AT&T Business Summit Hotels are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. You will be able to see all available hotels and their associated room rates during conference registration. Lodging expenses are the responsibility of the conference attendee.
Can I call a 2019 Summit Hotel directly to make a room reservation?
No, you must make your room reservations through the registration portal.
Which airports are closest to the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center Dallas?
There are two international airports that fly into Dallas:
  • DFW International Airport: 2400 Aviation Dr, DFW Airport, TX 75261 (located 23 minutes from the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center Dallas)
  • Dallas Love Field Airport: 8008 Herb Kelleher Way, Dallas, TX 75235 (located 17 minutes from the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center Dallas)
I’m staying at a 2019 Summit Hotel, are shuttles available?
Yes, shuttles will transport conference attendees between the Convention Center and all 2019 AT&T Business Summit Hotels booked through the conference registration portal. Shuttles will run beginning Monday afternoon through Wednesday evening. These shuttles will also transport you to and from the closing celebration at AT&T Stadium on Wednesday evening. Shuttles will also be available Thursday morning to Dallas Fort Worth and Dallas Love airports. Please reference shuttle hours posted in your hotel lobby for more information. Note that if you book outside of the offered 2019 Summit Hotels, all transfers will be on own.


What is the dress code at the AT&T Business Summit?
The dress code is business casual. Jeans are acceptable with a sport coat or blazer.
Are meals included with conference registration?
Breakfast and lunch will be included during the day. Nightly client appreciation events will include dinner. If you have a specific dietary requirement (vegetarian, gluten free, etc.), you will be able to advise the AT&T Business Summit team of your requirement during registration.

At the AT&T Business Summit, we seek to provide an inclusive, collaborative, harassment-free environment for all participants and attendees.  We do not tolerate intimidating or discriminatory behavior, jokes, messages, or images by anyone at the event or at any of the related social and business activities.
