The AT&T Business Summit this year will take place in downtown Dallas. You’ll arrive via the Omni Dallas Hotel, a state-of-the-art convention and meetings destination that balances sophisticated luxury with a touch of southern charm.

The Omni Dallas Hotel is connected via sky bridge to the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center where the AT&T Business Summit will take place.

Room accommodations

AT&T has room blocks at various hotels in the downtown Dallas area. Available hotels and rates will be displayed during the registration process. Be sure to book your room early as hotel accommodations are first come, first served. Complimentary shuttle service will be provided from all hotels.

Visitors to Dallas have access to two international airports:

  • Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW)
  • Dallas Love Field Airport (DAL)

Both airports are served by Uber, Lyft, city cabs and ride share vans.

During the AT&T Business Summit, shuttles will be available in regular internals to transport attendees to and from offsite events and hotels.

We caution our attendees to please be prudent and cautious while traveling to this event.

What is included in your health and safety plan?

AT&T Business is committed to the health and safety of all our event guests, employees, and partners. AT&T Business will continue to monitor the Covid-19 pandemic status and may modify protocols if necessary. For additional information, please refer to our health and safety document.

What health and safety measures will attendees be asked to follow?

All attendees will be asked to sign an acknowledgement upon arrival at the Summit which will require that they abide by health and safety requirements. The acknowledgement will be made available to all registrants in advance of the AT&T Business Summit.

This list may change as we get closer to the event date, but in short, the following measures will be required of attendees:

  • Masking requirements based on CDC guidelines at time of event
  • A COVID-19 Vaccine Card or negative PCR Test will need to be presented
  • All attendees will need to agree to the acknowledgement upon arrival at the AT&T Business Summit

How will you notify attendees in the event health and safety plans change?

We are closely monitoring and assessing new developments pertaining to the COVID-19 pandemic. We will continue to follow guidelines from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) as well as other governmental entities efforts and will amend our plans as necessary.

How are you ensuring that all guests are following the health and safety standards?

AT&T Business will have Health & Safety Ambassadors around the property to ensure the health and safety of all our guests. These ambassadors will help sanitize surfaces, ensure that masks are being worn properly as needed, and encourage social distancing measures. They will have specially colored t-shirts so that you will be able to find them easily in case you have a health and safety concern.

Will I be able to enter the conference if I don’t have proof of a negative COVID-19 Test or proof of vaccination?

You will only be allowed access to the AT&T Business Summit if you have proof of a negative COVID-19 Test within 72 hours of on-site arrival or proof of vaccination.

What happens if I test positive for COVID-19?

Positive results will be managed according to the suggested guidelines by CDC at the time of the event.

What happens if I feel unwell during or prior to the event?

If you are onsite at the AT&T Business Summit:
If you are onsite at the AT&T Business Summit and are not feeling well, please seek assistance from the Health and Ambassador Safety Team or at the information desk. You will be assessed by medical staff according to your symptoms. If the medical assessment team concludes that you require further investigation for a possible COVID-19 infection, you will be directed to a medical facility for COVID-19 testing.

If you are offsite and are not feeling well:
Do not attend the AT&T Business Summit or any related activities. Depending on the severity, we recommend that you either contact emergency services or your health care provider.


What is the AT&T Business Summit and why is it being held?

AT&T Business is bringing together the industry’s top minds in a one-of-a-kind technology event to share insights with their peers on how to best transform to better compete in a fast-paced, interconnected world. This event will be a great opportunity for guests to expand their horizons, collaborate with others, and learn what is coming next on the technology front.

What can attendees expect to experience at the AT&T Business Summit?

The AT&T Business Summit will have keynote sessions featuring dynamic influencers along with 130+ sessions focused on thought leadership, ideation, and collaboration. There will be immersive experiences and hands-on demonstrations in the Innovation Showcase brought to you by both AT&T and our sponsor organizations. Additionally, there will be a nightly customer appreciation events as well as diverse culinary offerings.

What are the dates of the 2021 AT&T Business Summit?

The conference begins on Monday, October 25 and ends on October 27, 2021. There will also be a virtual event from October 27 - October 28 for those who cannot attend in person. Please stay tuned for additional details about the virtual program.

How do I get to the AT&T Business Summit?

The Omni Dallas Hotel is the primary point of entry for this year’s AT&T Business Summit. It is also the location for rideshare drop off and self-serve or valet parking. If you are staying at an official conference hotel booked through registration, please take a shuttle to any programmed activities. Shuttle schedules and route information will be available onsite or via the mobile app.

Virtual Event+

Will there be a virtual component to the AT&T Business Summit?

We will host a virtual AT&T Business Summit from October 27 - October 28 for those who opt not to come in person. Please stay tuned for additional details.


When does registration open?

Registration for the 2021 AT&T Business Summit is scheduled to open in early summer. Please be on the lookout for an email communication that will announce that registration has opened.

Is there a registration fee for the conference?

The AT&T Business Summit is an invitation-only event. Registration fees are waived for all invited guests, except for those who are subject to gift-rule restrictions

What if I register but cannot attend? What is the substitution policy?

If you are unable to attend the AT&T Business Summit, a substitution from the same company may be permitted upon request, but substitution requests for individuals between different companies will not be granted.

How can I request an invitation for a colleague?

AT&T Business Summit is by invitation only. If you have a colleague that would like to attend, please have him/her email or work with his/her AT&T account representative.

Sessions & conference access+

When can I see the sessions?

Session schedules and information will be available on beginning in the middle of the summer. Please note, this information is subject to change and will be released as details are finalized.

When can I start registering for sessions?

The schedule builder will launch in September. There will be a limited number of seats per session and once capacity is met, registration for that session will close.

How do I register for a session?

You will receive directions on how to log into your Summit account and build your agenda in September.


What are the lodging options for attendees and how do I secure a hotel room?

We have secured rooms at the Omni Dallas Hotel and nearby hotels that can be reserved during the registration process. Rooms at all of the AT&T Business Summit hotels are available to book on a first-come, first-serve basis. You will be able to see all available hotels and the AT&T Business Summit room rates during registration.

Can I call a hotel directly to make a room reservation?

No, you must make your room reservations through the registration portal to take advantage of the AT&T Business Summit room rates.
